By connecting a small analog to digital converter (adc) chip to the pi you can open the world of analog signals to your raspberry pi programs!
So we designed an adc ads1115 pi module to help you read the analog signal. The ads1115 provides 16-bit accuracy at 860 samples / second over i2c. The chip can be configured as 4 single-ended input channels, or two differential channels. As a nice bonus, it even includes a programmable gain amplifier, up to x16, to help boost smaller single / differential signals to the full range. It is a great 16-bit general purpose converter.
Works perfectly with any raspberry pi including pi 1, pi 2, pi 3, pi zero, a +, b + etc.
